Returns and exchanges

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return or exchange any unused item with its original tag.

• Go to “My orders” and pick the item to return.
• Download the prepaid label we generate for you.
• Drop the parcel at a courier point or book a home collection.
• The refund goes back to the original payment method in 3–5 working days.

T-shirts printed with a drawing from the children's gallery cannot be exchanged or returned. Each one is made for that order, so there is no statutory right of withdrawal and they are not covered by these 30 days. If one arrives faulty or badly printed, that we always cover.

• Garments printed with a drawing from the children's gallery.
• Garments that have been washed, worn or had the tag removed.
• Gift cards.
